New overwrap- outer material is  1000 Denier Cordura accented with Polypropylene Webbing.  The inner layer  Polar Fleece.  2 inch velco will prevent removal from horses. The D ring will be standard for attaching to blankets. There is a option for Teton Liner which keeps the coat flat and shiny.
