Heavy-weight foal blankets have an outer shell of cordura and an inner lining of polar tec fleece.  Cordura foal blankets are just like our winter blankets without the teton liner. Cordura is very durable so these blankets will last you for many years. All blankets are made open front with a velcro closure as well as the belly band. If you would like a closed front blanket please specify in the comments.
